Using insurance benefits are often desired! I am currently not in network with insurances.

I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy.

Per request I can provide a super-bill (invoice) at the end of each month.

With a super-bill you send it to your insurance company for reimbursement. Mentaya can support in submitting super-bills on your behalf. Please consult with your insurance company directly for any related questions.
